GENESIX V4 at the IBC in Amsterdam

STRYME introduces new and advanced GENESIX products

At this year’s IBC in Amsterdam, STRYME GmbH from Austria will present the advanced features of the fourth generation GENESIX, the GENESIX VideoServer V4 as well as new streaming products, and much more. Numerous renowned international broadcasters already rely on STRYME’s state-of-the-art, cost-effective and user-friendly broadcast solutions.

Once more, the fourth generation GENESIX perfectly responds to customer needs. The all-in-one multi-channel VideoServer solution offers professional HD quality and comprises both an advanced graphics engine for real-time graphics feeds as well as a streaming functionality at a reasonable price. As one of the few broadcast solutions providers, STRYME has equipped its solution with multi-channel streaming in the H.264 format.

STRYME CEO, Mr. Goce Zdravkoski, points out: “We work closely with our customers to guarantee a cost-effective solution that gives them the flexibility they need – today and tomorrow. That is why the GENESIX VideoServer V4, our special highlight, not only supports all industry-standard codecs and formats (DV, DVCPRO, MPEG2, D10, Sony XDCAM, P2, Apple ProRes, Avid DNxHD, etc.) but can easily be integrated with the customer’s infrastructure and workflows. Our enhanced graphics engine enables the quick and easy realization of 2D and 3D graphic overlays. This is important for real-time feeds and for any later graphics requirements. Of course, the fourth generation GENESIX also comes complete with an advanced asset management.”

New streaming products which will also be introduced at the IBC include the GENESIX VideoServer IPTV. As an out-of-the-box IPTV VideoServer, it is directly connected to an IPTV network via Octoshape. In addition, STRYME will also present its new Superterminal and the benefits of its latest Workflow Manager.

Visitors to Stand 7.J03 in Hall 7 will find out more about the features offered by the new STRYME products and the challenging projects that the Austrian broadcast solutions expert is involved in.
